I ordered the Vanilla & Chocolate Marbled Cake with Chocolate icing back in April this year and we were not disappointed (wish I wrote a review sooner!). First time ordering from The Black Cat Cakery and Erika was fantastic with helping me with the many questions I had, and was really pleasant to correspond with and went well above and beyond. Order and collection were both really smooth. Everyone enjoyed eating the cake and met the birthday girl's dietary requirements as well. I cannot recommend highly enough and certainly won't be my last time ordering. Many many thanks :)

I ordered a blueberry and orange cake from Erika this past weekend. We always get together to celebrate family birthdays and we've missed two up to now with everything going on - my daughter and nephew. The cake was absolutely stunning and everyone loved it ! It was just so lovely to sit outside on the drive and see everyone for the first time since lock down ! My brother's birthday is next and I will definitely be back thanks you so much xx

Fantastic service!I needed a cake for our school Spring Fair; a cake that would meet everyone's needs. So I sent an email to the Black Cat Cakery and found myself effortlessly ordering and paying for a cake.I ordered and paid well in advance and when it came to the collection date, I was not disappointed. A fantastic, well-presented Vegan cake that was well recieved and we had lots of interest in the 'Guess the Weight of the Cake' Game. We raised alot of money for charity. Many, many thanks.

I ordered the Almond Cake with Rose Buttercream icing and crush pistachios and it was amazing! Everyone at the party was raving about it (even the non vegans and the people who weren’t keen on cake!). We’ve got a few more parties coming up this year and we will absolutely be back!

Black Cat Cakery did an amazing job in preparing a tasty chocolate cake that was vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free (no mean feat!). We were grateful to cater for our guests with dietary restrictions, and the cake was a hit with non-vegans as well as vegans. I really appreciated how easy it is to communicate with Erika, who is very kind, speedy, and responsive. It was also quite straightforward to collect the cake from Unicorn Grocery, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended -thanks so much!

Simply fantastic cake! I don't often order a custom made cake, but it was a big occasion and The Black Cat Cakery certainly delivered. Their lemon and blueberry cake was outstanding, great flavour, beautiful presentation and a more than reasonable price.I'm not vegan, but it's always a good idea to cater for everyone and great cake is great cake, regardless of ingredients. In fact, I found that the vegan cake stayed moist and delicious for longer than traditional cakes.Pick up from the Unicorn Grocery in Chorlton was a breeze, and communication from Black Cat Cakery was great throughout. I cannot recommend them enough. So if you're considering your options for a special occasion look no further than this great local business!
