We have been extremely happy with the service we have received, as potential buyers, from So You Property. Phil has been very generous with his time, is honest and reliable and always ready to help and advise. Highly recommended.

Why bother with main stream estate agents, who, in my experience, do not offer a great value service, when you can use Phil and Jo at Hoylake. I was selling my home and when it came to a bank holiday weekend, main stream agents were closed. Ridiculous. Phil and Jo are just a phone call or message away, even at 10pm on a Sunday. Great service, communication and just lovely people who are genuinely interested in being helpful. Much cheaper as well. What more can I say. Go use them!

We have been viewing houses with Phil and we can’t fault him or the organisation at all. Phil has been readily available for communication whenever we’ve needed it, giving us all of the information on an upfront basis so that we can consider the best properties for us.When viewing houses, he is informative, knowledgable and also respectful - an estate agent having good knowledge of the house you’re viewing is a breath of fresh air! Phil also provides the space you need when viewing houses, both ample time for viewing and space whilst viewing the house.We felt our needs and requests as buyers have been considered well and listened to throughout. Still viewing so fingers crossed but would definitely go to ‘So You’ as a seller if we were selling again. Definitely recommend.

We had our property on the market with another agency and were struggling to get a sale so we decided to try someone else for a fresher approach. To be honest I kind of underestimated the impact the switch would have until we went with So You but the difference was like night and day - in every department but especially the customer service. In all of the madness that comes hand in hand with buying/selling houses we found that Phil offered a very calming, down to earth hands on approach to everything and made the whole process much easier than it could have been. Any issues or queries we had he went above and beyond to answer. We cannot recommend this company enough!
