Southampton Airport

Small little airport the facilities are basic, does have a Costa coffee and the globe bar and kitchen however it’s only open during limited hours only. There is a decent sized seating area and there is a taxi rank directly outside. The car park is not too overpriced like other airport parking can be. Overall not bad at all

Nice calm and quiet airport. No panicked rushing around. We'll organised and friendly staff. Note: you can only buy duty free if you're leaving the UK. Domestic flights don't count!!

One of the most dissapointing and depressing airports I have ever had the opportunity to set my foot in. When I arrived to the airport at about 17:30 I saw this - one costa - closed, one bar/kitchen - closed, one wh smith - closed. Security gate - closed for another 20 minutes, so you can't get to the other side to get any food there either. The post security area is better with a bar and another wh smith but overall the area looks very sad and joy free.Update: definitely a more pleasant experience this time, but still disappointing as every flight of the 6 remaining for the day was delayed.

I really like this airport. The staff are friendly and efficient. There are limited shops and eating places but the ones that are there are good. Tip: the Costa after security has a row of tables by the window where you can watch flights landing.

Smaller terminal, but it has a very friendly staff (wearing yellow vests) and a comfortable waiting area.

A small airport that has limited choices for food and what you do get has inflated prices. The bar / restaurant area closes before the Last flight

Wish I could have done no stars but it wouldn’t let me!What a tin pot airport, Saturday early evening and not allowed to go through security until 90 minutes before my flight, and nowhere to get food or an alcoholic drink! Maybe they should let you go through early if they can’t be bothered to provide a decent customer service prior to going through departures

Not too busy, bags come out reasonably quickly at reclaim and the parking is close to the terminal. Recommend either meet and greet parking or priority parking.Note: if you have a very early flight almost all food/shops are closed and only open at 6:30 or 7 so you'll have little chance to pick up food and drinks before boarding (there are a couple of vending machines by the gates though).

It's a cryptic puzzle knowing where to book in. No information desk. Although I was there on time I missed my flight and had to pay an extra fee for the next flight. Can't they see there is still a passenger on their list that hasn't booked in and call them on the pa system? They managed to call other passengers.
