What an excellent discovery in the heart of the Peak District. Chris and Caroline run an excellent inn and were wonderful hosts during our three-day stay. Breakfast was a treat every morning-- cooked to order and featuring Caroline's amazing homemade bread. The sideboard in the breakfast room also featured three of Caroline's fresh-baked cakes each day, including an amazing Hummingbird and a tasty Victoria Sponge. Our room, a corner with its own garden, was large, comfortable and very tidy with a large, comfortable bed and a great bathroom & shower. Easy access from the Farm's front drive to Chatsworth House, lots of walking trails and the lovely Bakewell. Very dog friendly, too. We couldn't have been happier and would definitely recommend it.

Stayed for a single night away for some R&R. Quite simply the best B&B we've ever stayed at.A warm welcome on arrival, room is sizeable, warm and quiet, free cake always helps. We had breakfast in bed and a lovely departing chat when we left. I would have no hesitation in recommending or staying again in the future.

We loved our stay at Robin Hood Farm. The rooms were immaculately clean and felt luxurious, with plenty of access to snacks and drinks throughout our stay. We were in a beautiful location with a terrace and small bit of garden which we enjoyed looking at birds in, and playing with our dog. There were plenty of choices for breakfast, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options, and you could get room service. We opted to sit in the lovely guest dining room / lounge area instead. Hosts were very friendly and right next door there was an excellent pub for other meals and a beautiful walking trail. We will be back!

Beautiful B&B in the peak district. If you are visiting I would highly recommend. The room was immaculate and well presented and including a fridge. We had a separate bathroom which was luxury including options of a nice shower and bath. Along with the extras of teas, coffees, water with many fruit squashes to choose from and cakes available at any time we liked. The breakfast was delicious!! Even catering for vegetarian, vegan, gluten and dairy free options made the experience hassle free and enjoyable.Spaces to park your vehicle safely over night and in a wonderful location not far from the town of Bakewell and close to many hikes/walks and lovely scenery.

Arrived on a very cold icy and snowy December day… we loved our stay at Robin Hood farm, the room was lovely bed comfy and it was warm and quiet … breakfast was outstanding lots of choices but i will always go with a cooked breakfast all ingredients locally sourced the sausage and bacon really excellent as was the bread and coffee,I’d put this breakfast in my top 3 of all time B and B breakfasts and I’ve had a few… overall fantastic place to stay in a great location within 15 mins drive of all the area has to offer,we have already said we will return again… thanks to all.

I stopped by to have a bite, on my way to a camp site. Ordered a hot drink, and after a while a chicken sandwich along with a pint of cocke!!!! The barkeep poured the coke for me right away after ordered it before waiting for my food ready. I asked if I can have it when my food order is ready as it will loose the carbonation, and he gose”I already poured it!!!!”It was so rude!!!! I hope this is not how they run this place all the time. Not the best customer service experience of mine, with this business. There is always room for improvement and I hope the manager would take that into consideration.Thank you.

What a wonderful find this was. We were welcomed on arrival and sat and ate homemade cake and a cup of tea. Our room was superb and had every extra catered for. Large chocolate drops in a packet and pure white fluffy towels on the bed. The bath and shower gels and hand creams were top of the range. Every tea and coffee taste catered for too. The breakfasts were to die for with a vast menu to choose from. Served in the room or downstairs in the dining room. There is a very special ambiance within the house that is so warm and a superb place to relax. Caroline and Chris are super plus hosts and we can’t wait to return next year. Thank you so much for making our trip so enjoyable.

Lovely place in a beautiful setting. Lovely friendly hosts who provided two types of complimentary cake as a welcome - and they were both delicious. Immaculate very comfy room. Great breakfast. Even had the choice to have it in our room.
