Our purchase was guided by Phillip Love who was extremly helpful. There was no pressure sales tactics and he very kindly provided drinks each time we came to the showroom. He showed great patience in explaining the technology of the vehicle when we picked it up.

Brilliant service ordered the car on Saturday and the following Saturday I took ownership. Tom Garland went out of his way to make it as easy as possible. I would definitely tell anybody who is buying a new car, leasing a car or buying a secondhand car to go to this garage. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

We missed out on a Dacia Duster when we couldn’t get over to view it. A few weeks later out of the blue we get a call from Philip Love asking if we were still looking, of course we were. How lovely it was of Philip to think of us, and I think we got the best car and the best service for miles around. This is the third Dacia we have owned and the third car we have bought from Rawlinson. The service you get there is second to none and the cars, well they speak for themselves.

Bought a used Dacia Stepway from Rawlinsons without seeing the car. Philip was our contact who described the car accurately and we arranged delivery. We were kept informed throughout the process and were given the time of delivery the day before.A very good service and very happy with the car.
