Turned up on Saturday as Google’s hours stated open, store was shut but someone from another unit managed to ring the owner. He came up on his day off as we had traveled quite far, so that we could collect the order and was very friendly and helpful. Cannot fault the customer service received and will definitely order again in the future.

Great kit and helpful staff. Only problem is very slow dispatch and delivery. DPD 24hour takes a week to arrive.

Bought item for my sons birthday and was sent faulty product, the item was even marked by them as faulty on the label(!). Emailed them same day and advised of issue and did not recieve a response until attempting to contact them via email, phone and then on their own website. Was asked to send item back at my own expense, and after asking for postage costs was told to keep the faulty item and I would recieve refund, which I didn't get until raising a case through Paypal. Will buy from Crucial and Source in future, who are A+ retailers and have a decent customer service ethic

Ordered tyres, first initial order came incorrect. Once spoke to custom riders they were nothing but helpful to get the correct order sent out to me. Great company!

Very professional and genuine customer service. Even though we did experience a problem soon after our purchase, they were able to resolve without any hassle.No pushy selling, just very knowledgeable. They reserved 1 bike and built up another ready for us to purchase the following week.Much more personable than some of the national bike chains.Well done Custom Riders! My son has recommended you to all his friends at the local skatepark.
