I have used the cleaners at Miss Merry on quite a few occasions, when I need a good spring clean. One of my friends who uses them weekly had spoken very highly of their high standards and excellent staff.I highly recommend them too - their cleaners are polite and charming and do a wonderful and very thorough job. They arrive on time and do a fantastic clean.They are proper cleaners and they left our home spotless. They are the best cleaners I have ever used and I am most grateful to have discovered them.

Miss Merry has been intermittently cleaning my mother's flat in central London for over 4 years. In each case they were always able to offer services at 1-2 week's notice. And I really appreciate that it is usually the same person. Communicating with the team is a pleasure and I love the results.

I booked a deep clean for my new home. Nice customer service, and nice cleaner, but far from a professional deep clean. Areas missed, not thorough and the tools used were very basic (even with a re-do), I had to re-do myself. Would not suggest booking this company if you’re looking for a proper deep clean. Not the fault of the cleaner, the company seems to outsource perhaps and not check the requirements of a deep clean. Not worth the money at all, my only regret is paying £186 for this service as could’ve got it cheaper with just a standard clean. Not sparkling clean enough Miss Merry, you must do better.

Very happy with Miss Merry services, they are on point. Very polite, accommodating, friendly, reliable and very responsive, could not ask for a better service. Just started with Miss Merry last week. Was easy to set up and a better rate than other cleaning services had quoted. Bistra did a fantastic first clean and was very professional. Very happy with the service so far.

Excellent service from start to finish. Had to book in an end of tenancy clean at very short notice, Becky managed to get this organised and sent a cleaner the next day. The cleaner turned up on time and was excellent, when she finally finished the flat was immaculate.... I will be using you guys again for sure......

Very average cleaning service. I booked a professional pre-tenancy deep clean and pretty much got a guy with a duster wiping shelves who tried to leave after 2 hours (making it £125 an hour). Spoke to a woman in the office who tried to help and the guy stayed another two hours in the end. He didn’t check all the items on the cleaning list though, and I had to show him how to clean certain things. Would def not use them again sadly.

We've worked with Miss Merry for almost 2 years now. Their staff is very competent and efficient, the rates are very reasonable. Most issues (although irregular) are positively resolved.
