Very friendly staff, efficient team of mechanics that will listen and understand your needs. Sometimes a little bit of a backlog for repairs but they'll do what they can to get you back on your bike as quickly as possible.Fixes are reasonably priced too, and the shop has a nice selection of bikes and gear.I'm very happy they are in town and us cyclists in the area should support them so they thrive and we all benefit from it. Keep on the bicycle mania!

My partner was sold a bike helmet without it being fitted to her by staff , got no box with it , and when she tried to return it was not allowed . Had to accept an alternative product, not at all good service.

Kyle double checked everything, even my bike, making sure that my child will be 1000% safe.I cannot be happier for the job, service and atmosphere. Highly recommend the place!

The staff at Mountain Mania Didcot are all friendly with good knowledge of their subject. My bike is a little quirky but they all seem happy and enthusiastic to get it running at its optimum. Im happy with the work completed and there efficiency.

Bought a Kelly’s Swag 30 from these guys back in July and I’m happy to say they’ve really looked after me since. I’ve brought it back in to the shop a few times, usually because of damage through use and each time it has been repaired/ serviced with a day or two.Most recently I did something stupid and ended up damaging my rear derailleur and Dan was good enough to match the price of a new one to keep the cost of the job down.Connor in the workshop did a rapid job of investigating and fixing the fault and called me as soon as he had diagnosed which I really appreciate whenever getting work done to any of my vehicles.All in all very happy with the service so far!
