We were let down by a well known bedding shop but The Bed Shop came to the rescue - brilliant service! From initial conversation for the type of bed and carpet we want, to speedy delivery and efficient set up of a king size ottoman and premium carpet - everything was seamless. I would definitely recommend!

I can personally recommend Bed-shop ltd in acocks green! After being recommended this shop by my neighbours, Their range of beds was extensive and they offered us excellent value for money. The staff had excellent customer service skills, they handled my enquiry in a patient and professional manner and went out of their way to fulfil my requests as the bed we chose for my daughter was in shortage due to the pandemic but the staff went out their way to make sure they located the same design from a bed manufacturer in Scotland and managed to get it delivered to us in no time! Very friendly and helpful staff. Free delivery and they deliver when they say they will. Good quality beds and have used them for carpets.

We recently purchased 2 beds and they are blissfully comfortable, we are struggling to get up in the mornings. The store is only small but Akhtar gave us excellent advice and when he knew we were sleeping on a camping mattress he pulled all the stops out to get our beds delivered.
