My wife ordered a McCrispy meal. She tried to eat it but couldn’t, it was too spicy for her. I took the burger to the counter and was greeted by a smiley Rhiannon. I’m assuming she was part of the management. She didn’t judge and was never rude. Instead, she sympathised with my wife and asked if we would like something else. She went above and beyond with my wife’s replacement meal, without being made to feel guilty like other restaurants have done in the past when mistakes happen, which they do! Great service and experience all down to the fabulous staff and of course the manager Rhiannon.

Used to be good for the long drive happy meal now there is no motivation in the staff.Expect 40mins minimum at peak times

Previously used this restaurant regularly - Owners Ayhan and Gen are great.Update, regularly get breakfast at weekend and never been anything but tasty, fresh and hot.Tony who cleans up the outside areas has been working there since 1992 (now over 30 years)Stopped today for breakfast muffins, as its Saturday they are a victim of their own success as the queue to get in drive thru and carpark went out to the road causing a few delays.Waited a while in drive thru but 3 hot fresh and tasty sausage and egg mcmuffins were enjoyed

Ordered through the drive through and was asked to pull up and wait. The order took over 20 mins to arrive and when I complained, the young girl who brought the food out laughed. Disgusting attitude, apalling customer service, you're a joke.

Don’t ever order from this place the foods always a disappointment they never get your order right I’ve wasted money on this placeThey don’t use any ppe and you can see the filth in the back of the place

Just ordered a late night McDonald's for me and my partner off Uber eats. Unfortunately left them a 3 star review as I rated it before I opened my food (stupid I know) we got a double Big Mac with bacon, quarter pounder and wrap, cheese balls and a mcflurry. Me and my partner are allergic to alot of stuff in the burgers so we took these out via the app, we took stuff out of every item we bought, it's arrived and they have not taken anything out of our burgers or the wrap. We physically can't eat this. £33 wasted. If you guys see this review, I'm the person who ordered at 12:27am, I will be getting In touch in the morning, it also took them over an hour for the driver to get my food, as they were incredibly slow making our food. Food stone cold, ice in the drinks melted, and mcflurry is like water, ordered at 12:27, received my food at 1:38, well after the latest delivery time.I have screenshotted proof that we took the items out. And proof that they didn't remove them.If your workers aren't prepared to do late night service then I reccommend not offering it. Although looking at other reviews, it seems they mess up orders during the day too.

Definitely the best McDonald's I use/have used for years.It is always clean (very rare in McDonald's nowadays) and the staf are always friendly and helpful.Not so keen on the Gangsta rap at breakfast though!

24 hours advertised, but is always closed after midnight. No signs, no cones out; after a hard day at work when it is too late to go home and cook, I turn up and it's effing closed. 5 or 6 cars were trying to get food at the same time, go to the pitsea store, they're always welcoming and open!

So slow. They tend to be catering more for the uber and just eat people more then the dine in customers now. We waited 40 kins just for 2 muffins and a porridge, altho there was about 6 others in the restaurant, the delivery drivers where all coming in 1 after the other. Macdonlads need to sort their in house dinners before the delivery drivers
