Haven Hopton Holiday Village

Just returned from a weekend there and the caravan was exceptionally cleaned throughout, with a well stocked kitchen and immaculate cooker and oven. Both caravans were spacious for both parties. My only critic would be to put a table and chairs outside the second caravan as you did the first but other than that...I would defo visit again and am sure some of the family would too. Ooooh thanks to the great welcome we got from the staff on reception...professional and friendly.

Everything was good

One star is pushing it really. Caravan had no towels on arrival, dirt in the shower. All staff are lovely. Minus one security guard who caused a severe scene in which everyone looked at us, causing us to feel so uncomfortable that we had to leave entertainment, due to us taking a cans of coke with us as the prices are very high on drinks, been here a week so running low on funds now even though purchased on the park, they were taken off us and told we was not to have them back, had him stare at us until we physically couldn’t feel more intimated so we left. Not to mention how uncomfortable he made me feel. We come every year and it’s now gone to pot. Got a bad stomach from the papa Johns. Won at bingo to be told we wasn’t heard but the whole room heard as well as another staff member. All the inflatables that are advertised are not up. Made a complaint and wasn’t taken seriously. Wouldn’t come here again if I was paid to come again. My sister has a booking for in a few weeks for her birthday and doubt she will be able to get a refund. Avoid at all costs.

We spent the week at hopton haven it was fab plenty to do on site pool is warm entertainment great for kids restaurant food was lovely mini Market has everything u need however a little expensive beach was OK but have sea defences and big rocks to prevent sea bashing the cliffs so wasn't much u cud do on beach and tide was in most of time but haven site is great we loved it and caravan was beautiful perfect for us n lil one and dog

Always loved the place but customer service standards are going downhill quickly. From overcharging in the shop to bar areas not being cleared with dirty glasses not collected or washed. Since Bourne Leisure were taken over by a private equity company standards have dropped and the number of visiting acts have reduced and sometimes got worse in standard

We have been to haven Hopton for many years now. This year was a little disappointing. All of the children's activities were full. You had to cut your day short to be able to find a table in the entertainment area. It Seems too small to fit everyone in that has paid to enjoy the entertainment. It proberbly was that we went when the children were on half term break but it was a shame to see the children's faces looking so sad. The site itself is clean and the staff welcoming.
