Would help if they ever answered the bloody phone....trying to arrange a funeral with them is proving to be ridiculous and expensive!

Just wanted to thank Sarah at your Strood Branch for all her help and kindness in arranging my husband’s funeral. Also Matthew Thorne the funeral director who carried out my husband’s funeral so professionally and understandingly . Cannot thank you all enough.

Right from the moment she first walked through the door up until the end of the service at the crem, the Strood Coop were very attentive towards my mother in the planning of my Grandfather’s funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and she was so well looked after. They even asked her how she was coping on more than one occasion, so not just the ‘business’ stuff. Never made to feel silly with any of her questions. Would highly recommend.N.B. On the first Friday of each month they hold a coffee morning at the shop which we would really encourage people to go along to if they've very recently lost a loved-one.

Thank you absolutely outstanding service from the team at the Co-op.Dealing with the loss of our grandchildren was hard enough for us .Anything that needed dealing with was dealt with. 1st class service from the 1st phone call to the day of cremation.Thank you. You should all be proud of yourselves credit to your company.
