I am absolutely delighted with the repair of my necklace. It was a sentimental piece (so not an expensive item) but this didn't change the care or advice they gave. The repair has been done to a very high standard, and I really appreciated their honesty from the beginning about what could and couldn't be done to repair it. It was repaired very quickly too. I would absolutely recommend their services.

Don’t usually write reviews but I felt the need to share my experience. First class service, I was served by mark, matched all my needs, very fair prices, both individuals working in the shop at the time were very delightful people, could not have chose a better shop, left as a happy customer.
