Excellent service. Reliable company

Complete waste of time. We booked a deep clean of our house including all carpets cleaned and the cooker deep cleaned. We left to pick my daughter up from school and when we got back they had too taken the £250 the house was worse than we left it. The carpets were water logged and nothing cleaned properly. We rang them and were immediately shouted at down the phone and told we couldn't have a refund.

Very poor cleaning job, even on reclean and broke my oven, then stated because I didn't have video footage of it working before clean then they wouldn't fix it. Then they broke my bin on reclean and tried to hide the damage by turning it around.DO NOT USE unless you want to have to reclean yourself and end up with broken appliances.

came out for a deep clean of every room. Oven washing machine and fridge to be deep cleaned. Only the oven was cleaned. Everything else was left even dirtier than before. I went out to get my daughter from school and they have taken the £250 and left my house very dirty. The carpets have obviously just had water put on them as they are soaking wet, very dirty and smell disgusting. DO NOT USE, man on the phone has a terrible attitude and will scam you. Refusing to refund any money. Have taken my hard earned Money!!!
