Shona arrived on time to check what was needed and the competitive quotation arrived promptly afterwards. Ian called to check the finer details ahead of the windows being fitted on time 2nd August 2022. The team, were not only punctual, professional and left my home clean and tidy, they are excellent ambassadors for your Company. Absolutely delighted with the service from Nolan from start to finish and appreciated the after sales call to check all was well. Really disappointing service, not enough attention to detail resulting in numerous phone calls to try to resolve many issues.All issues still not resolved!For instance we specified on the paperwork and verbally colour coded handles and hinges, but the wrong colour was supplied.Adrian arranged for the hinges to be sprayed but the coating didn’t last more than a couple of weeks.The whole experience left us feeling that we were unimportant to NolanWe expected a lot better.

Excellent service. The salesman took his time to listen and understand what we needed for this difficult replacement roof. Made suggestions, did diagrams and spent time explaining every aspect of the job then saw us at the showroom to view the different parts of the roofing before we signed the contract. Unlike other companies, Nolan did not ask for a deposit or stage payments and we paid once the work was completed toour satisfaction which, in our case, was directly after the roof was installed as we were very pleased with the outcome. The fitters were superb, they paid attention to every detail, consulted us all the waythrough this difficult roof and worked like trojans. The weather in November 2019 was torrential rain, high winds and even hail stones. Bitterly cold, too.. However it never phased these superb fitters and they worked tirelessly, cherfully and courteously. The office contacted us throughout the job to check on progress and to see if it was going as we had hoped. All in all, a superb team. They are the best we have had. A big THANK YOU to all concerned. From first contact the service from Nolan has been first class. Appointments with sales staff and surveyor punctual, polite and professional. Scaffolders and installation teams arrived as arranged. Teams were friendly and hardworking completing the replacement of soffits, facia boards and guttering to an excellent standard within the anticipated timescale and left the site tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nolan to friends and family.

We had all of our windows replaced by Nolan this week. The new windows have made such a difference to our house, they look fantastic! The service we received from the company has been great and we can't fault the guys who installed the windows - they are a credit to the company.
