Be careful buying from this company, scam they never answer calls

I’ve been waiting for a month now and still haven’t received my bed. Can never get through to the company by phone and i’ve messaged on facebook too. They said my bed would drive by 15/03/2023. I messaged to ask what time the delivery would be and no answer at all. I’m now £300 out of pocket and i will have to file a dispute to get the money back. SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I thought it was dodgy when the phone number was a mobile number not a landline.

Ordered a sofa from UK Furniture World, Simple order and payment process. Great prices and free Nationwide delivery. What more could you want. Excellent service.

I am having a stressful time at present with this company. Sent the wrong bed, confirmed it would be resolved and now ignoring all attempts to get in touch with them. Had to raise a complaint through Citizens advice for the ombudsman to be involved.

Absolutely delighted with our Kensington Super King Bed frame from Uk Furniture world! Came across these guys on social media and they seemed like a new company at first so wasn’t too sure but the prices were too good to turn down. They kept me informed all the way for delivery and the guys who assembled it were really nice and friendly too. Quality product honestly these guys don’t cut corners, Family have already ordered a double bed and a king size bed after seeing ours, Very highly recommend. Thank you once again
