I hurt my hip lifting logs. After two weeks the pain was showing no sign of reducing and was getting me down. I was able to book a session with Ana within a few days. Ana took a thorough history and then proceeded with acupuncture treatment. After the first session the pain reduced significantly and with two further sessions it is now almost gone. Ana was kind, informative and professional throughout. I recommend Ana very highly.

I booked in for a block of accupuncture sessions with Ana. I had been suffering from daily headaches for as long as I can remember. Ana is thorough and creates a holistic view of your health and wellbeing. My headaches have reduced drastically and I rarely take pain killers now. My overall joint pain is generally much better too in addition to cleared UTIs. I love visiting Ana for treatments - they are so relaxing. I always feel so much lighter after a session. My partner says I appear to have more of a spring in my step too.Magic! Would highly recommend for headaches/joint pain and general well being. Thank you!

Probably the best massage I've ever had. Ana was lovely and so welcoming. The Indian head massage was next level. The amount of tension that has been released from my head is amazing.About to re book. Can't recommend this enough!

After a quick response over emails and fast booking for an appointment I had my initial consultation and was recommended Neuro Rocking therapy by Ana, the treatment was very relaxing, I felt very safe and assured the whole time, I found Ana very patient and attentive and her personal recommendations were much appreciated. I've booked a 6 session block to continue the therapy at a great rate with 10% discount. Couldn't be happier with her service, very excited to go back.

Ana’s session was really beautiful. Ana made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The rocking movement brought a lot of harmony and positive childhood memories came to me. I felt very well and energised after the session. Really recommended for rebalancing and coming back to yourself.

Ana gave me an hour long massage and it was an excellent experience. She is very knowledgeable and attentive when listening to the issues I had and the massage was exactly what I needed. An hour passed very quickly and when I left my shoulders were very relaxed and 5cm lower down than they were when I went in. 24hrs later and my back and shoulders are still feeling deeply relaxed. I highly recommend Ana.

Ana is a God send, I have previously had wonderful massage sessions with her then mentioned the pain I was experiencing in my arthritic knees, she suggested acupuncture, so I thought why not!The first session I had completely removed all pain from my knees, I have just had my second, to ensure the pain stays away.All this with a smile, a laugh and a lot of learning on my part.Thank you Ana
