Wouldn't recommend at all.Can never get an appointment to see the doctor.Receptionists contradict each other and always fail to give the correct information.

Staff very poor from all angles, bad for business. You be first in que early morning but get the tenth appointment if you are lucky, if not come another day and try again. You can't book appointments in advance, you wonder were all appointments have gone, to me it, it looks like favouritism takes place. If they had name badges in that place I'll be shaming them by there names. If you can avoid this place do so cus you will walk in with a headacke and will be walking out with a migraine. I know we got no local walkable surgery, maybe this is a weakness which they taking advantage of. Don't take my hubbleness as a weakness, ashes are still burning inside it will just take a ignite for devil to come out. Don't be too polite you will get walked all over. You have to be kunt sometimes. And yea! I pay my taxes to.SP53EDY

AVOID at all costs. They take over an hour to answer any call at any time.I do wonder what they get upto in there.Much better surgeries you can go to instead of this.

By far the worst staff I've come across. Very impolite, harsh tone, and borderline condescending.

Honestly I wish I was exaggerating, but the reception staff are so so rude. This is going across several visits when taking my grandmother. Countless times I have seen staff be needlessly sarcastic, stubborn and just rude to many of the elderly patients that come in. Sadly most come unaccompanied or dont speak english well so have to take the garbage thrown at them. The same happens over the phone, but I guess if they can do it to an elderly persons face you would expect the same behind a phone. Unfortunate to see an organisation in the medical and care profession that has such shocking front line staff, when at the same time the doctors and nurses are polite and caring. Shame the receptionists dont seem to have the same interests at heart.
