Superb job replacing screen on S20 Ultra - I just went to the store to see if it was repairable and it was all sorted within 24 hours. Great service, honest advice and would 100% recommend this business.

I took two phones in; one for a battery replacement and the other needed a new housing as the glass on the back of my iPhone was smashed.Chris was super friendly, very efficient and did an excellent job within just 2 two hours of dropping the phones off. I didn't need to provide any PIN codes, which is what I was sceptical about with some of the alternative companies that offer mail-in repair services.Chris has been fantastic throughout, replying reliably, promptly and politely to all my messages. Such good service is very rare these days, so thank you very much!I highly recommend Chris at Phone Repairs Surrey; he lives up to his stellar reputation in the local area. If I ever need phone repairs again (hopefully not!) I will absolutely bring them to him!

Amazing service took my daughters water damaged and cracked screen iPhone down to Chris @ 9am and he rung me at 11am to say it was all fixed. The phone is like brand new and we have a very happy daughter. Very reasonably priced and amazing service. Highly recommend Chris Thank u again

Staff were friendly and prices were reasonable. The only reason we didn't use them was that for the same price, my son got a longer guarantee elsewhere.

I had my Samsung screen replaced back in March and completely forgot to leave a review. Chris is just a thorough fantastic all round decent guy. He always replys promptly and politely to all my messages.The in shop service is just as brilliant, nothing less than 5 stars is well and truly deserved. I wouldnt go anywhere else now. I wouldn’t take my phone anywhere else - I’ve had my screen repaired a couple of times over the past 2 years by other shops and no one else has offered the fantastic customer service, advice, speedy repair time and at good pricing that Chris has offered today. My phone was fixed within an hour and many other places have taken a whole day and some have had my phone over night before I got it back.Chris is very friendly and chatty with a good sense of humour and on top of that has the skills needed to offer great quality repairs. He was able to fix my phone using a genuine apple screen, which isn’t always offered when you have screen repairs elsewhere. Above all it was very clear that he didn’t just do this as a job just to make money, but he genuinely wants to do his job and help you out and enjoys having a customer facing job where he can offer best service. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely amazing service!. I smashed my iPhone screen over Christmas and despite the shop being closed, Chris still answered my call and told me to bring it in. Chris's knowledge and expertise on all things tech is superb. He had a replacement screen in stock and quickly got my iPhone back as new in less than an hour. His attention to detail was impressive and he even included a new screen protector on the new screen. The phone looks like new. Can't recommend Phone Repairs Surrey highly enough.

Samsung S22 Ultra got a broken screen. After Chris repair, it looks like new and smooth. Only take an hour. He and the lady both are very nice and helpful. If have further phone problem, will absolutely ask for his help again.

Great service! Replaced my Pixel 3a charge port with a genuine pixel part from an old phone, in under an hour and when no one else locally had the part. Highly recommend.
