Called several times left messages with the receptionist for Someone to call me back but no calls returned or email. I wanted to make a repeat order but o decided to take my business elsewhere.

I asked for a price for four vertical blinds and three roller blinds to be installed after seeing their offer of three vertical blinds fitted for £99. I received a quote for £580!! Three times I have asked for a detailed breakdown of the prices to see how they have been worked out and to discuss other options - including their offer, which was never mentioned. I am still waiting. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. AVOID. I have since had a price of £280 for the same job so this outfit is ripping customers off on top of providing extremely poor customer service!

Booked an appointment 1 week ago for blinds to be measured and fitted at 4:30pm~ rang today to confirm appointment this was confirmed by a male who answered the phone he stated That someone will come this afternoon when I asked for the time they said. Between 3pm - 5pm today I still said ok - no one turned up wasted my afternoon when iv rang a women picks up and stated he should be coming awful customer service ! 17:30 no one arrived and didn’t have the decency to text or ring !

Went to the shop, decided on the blinds, they came and took measurements, they where fitted by a very professional fitter a couple of weeks later. Great quality blinds at a very good price. Would definitely use them again and would reccomend them to anyone. Great firm to deal with.
