Pictura Studios | art lessons | Our Pottery painting art cafe is tucked up on the historic Eastgate Row. Pictura Studios offers students of all ages and abilities the chance to learn new skills and techniques in any one of our classes and workshops. We also offer fantastic Children's Arty party's!

Lovely hidden gem in a lovely location. Took a day trip especially and was not disappointed.The staff were friendly, coffee was great, and we didn't feel rushed at all. It felt like a welcoming place for all ages, not just children which was nice to see.Prices of items were visible so there were no hidden surprises and they had a nice selection- only thing missing were a few more cups/mugs options but with it being half term, they had a great number of options despite the busy period!Would recommend and would happily return.

Amazing place! My Mum and I wanted to try something new while we were in Chester. Lovely place to go and would highly recommend. Staff were helpful and very friendly, & lots of choice for things to do for both adults & children. Would definitely come back!

I've had to write this because Bethan was simply so delightfully lovely to my 4 year old when we visited on Saturday. The place isn't just for children though, there were groups of adults, families and us. Fantastic place, you do need to book during busy times, although they sqeezed us in at the last moment, thanks for that.

Organised a child's birthday party here (they made slime) can't compliment the staff enough. They were great with the children (approximately a dozen of them) and were friendly and organised throughout. The space is open and fun. Would definitely recommend.

Really nice for spending a few hours doing something creative, either by yourself or with a friend. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Brilliant service from friendly staff. We stopped by for a coffee and brownie whilst my daughter enjoyed acrylic painting on canvass which she could take away with her the same day. All materials included, very good value for money. Our bill including refreshments was just over £20.It's a little busy and hectic on the ground floor, we were shown upstairs to do the painting. The place was buzzing with a creative atmosphere.We really enjoyed it and hope to return to try some other activities.

Such an awesome idea. This art cafe is great for a range of drinks and snacks. Great friendly staff and in a very gorgeous part of Chester.You can paint pottery while having a drink and they then fire it for you. Perfect for a date, friends or a party.Highly recommended
