Super Camps at St Stephen's Junior School
My children recently attended the Simon Langton venue and I wasn't impressed at all. The swimming pool they advertised wasn't available at all which I was at no point made aware of and I also found the general attitude toward the children to be below the standard I would expect as well as having some concerns regarding their approach to safeguarding. I made numerous attempts to raise my concerns directly with Supercamps but their lack of response and overall customer service was appalling. I finally managed to speak to the Managing Director who advised that my issues were not in isolation as other parents had complained. He committed to investigating and to update me personally. This was over 3 weeks ago and although I have chased, I have still not heard back. Will not be using again due to both the actual care provided at the venue which was sub standard and also the absolute lack of customer service I have received.

Terrible experience. Two kids, different ages, the venue has no facilities like St Edmunds does. Juts a playing field and quite damp too for most of the time. It's too vast and kids get lost and can't keep an eye on all. Understaffed. Our fiends went to theirSt Edmunds camp and it as really good, more organised. My daughter said the bathrooms were dirty and smelly and it felt like you were at school. No pool either, just some wooden toys and anyone can access the place. Are 2 weeks they both had enough. Sorry can't be more positive, but as far as Canterbury summer camps go, this is one of the least appealing.
