I had an excellent experience with learning step nursery. My daughter started nursery when she was 1 year old. The staff, manager and all team members are professional and supportive. I had built up really good relationship with the manager. She supported me in my hardships. I would recommend everyone to join this nursery for their children.

the nursery had me change my review of them on her graduation ... had a few problems with them like only vegetarian food was allowed when my daughter was a meat eater ... was told children would be going on trips and they only went to Pershore zoo 1 time

Rang up to see there nursery hours, lady on the phone was SO SO rude. Would not even think about sending my child here, shouting at me down the phone I wonder what you do to the kids!!!
