We had a last minute emergency with a linen jacket, when we noticed that there was a mark on the front, and the jacket was required that night - having phoned Gervades, they were more than happy for me to take it in for them to have a look, and as it turned out they were able to completely remove the mark within about one minute of arriving at the shop, which was really appreciated - in which case, I can whole heartedly recommend them based on my experience.

Very friendly customer service. I had a bridesmaid dress alternated. Length was too long and the chest was too wide. Ewa did a fantastic job to fix it as it was a tricky material to work with. Thank you Ewa.

Really nice people who always do a professional job. This year before Christmas l had a little problem with a faulty coat zipper: they fix it right away - nonetheless they were busy - and didn’t ask for money.

Fixed a couple of pairs of trousers for me, very quick reply from my enquiry and did a very good job of the repairs. Very welcoming and a responsible (covid) service. Great vale as well, would definitely use again.

Really professional and well priced dry cleaning service. Gervades was very friendly and truly made my first dry cleaning experience with my two-piece suit incredibly positive. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and will definitely come back for my future dry cleaning needs.
