Dee was an excellent Host. Really made us feel at home. Nothing was too. Much trouble for her. Couldn’t ask fora betterB&B. We will be back.Lovely room with walk-in shower. Nice view as well. Sun Room had such a lovely view looking across to the River.

The best B and B experience ever. Dee the owner could not do enough for us. She had the table laid each night for us to enjoy our takeout meals. As we were up and away very early , there was enough breakfast left out for us to keep us going the whole day. The rooms were great.The sun room is amazing with views of the setting sun over Kircudbright and the estuary.I shall definitely be back.Thank you so much Dee For looking after us.

Very comfortable. Lovely to have use of lounge and sun room with fantastic view. Able to use dining area for takeaway. Excellent breakfast and choice. Would defintely stay here again.

Excellent B&B clean spotless good breakfast and in Dee we found a wonderful host with very good sense of humour ...Will definitely visit her again next time we are in Scotland ....Sean & Alison from Nottingham ....

Dee was very welcoming /accommodating and friendly, could not do enough for us, rooms spotlessly clean, parking available off road, breakfast to die for, would highly recommend Eric & Lynn

Just stayed here for 2 nights and didn't really want to leave. What a lovely place. Amazing views, fantastic breakfasts, exceptionally clean rooms and a very welcoming host. Thank you Dee, hope to see you again soon :)

Super nice experience. Maybe the best B&B I have stayed . My husband and I was doing bike packing and randomly chosen this B&B. What a beautiful B&B and the owner is really friendly and cares a lot about keep the whole place nice and clean . The fact the owner lives next door with different entrance is a huge bonus . It gives the guests more privacy and feel more like home.
