Cex is interesting as it has a great range, and there's a 24 month warranty on tech purchases.The shop floor is a bit dated, and as is always the case with second hand things, there's a bit of wear and tear on some products.Their trade in services are VERY stingy, thus the 4* review, but it does translate into some reasonable pricing.They do online purchases too which covers their stock from all stores, delivered to your home or your nearest Cex store. This service is exceptional, and far surpassed my expectations.

At the time they came they grew overnight with much opposition from local retailers.... now established their prices are good the customer service is friendly... and always willing to help definitely a place to attend

Good buy back prices have bought from there and always been happy but have a look at new prices before you visit CEX as their price for a Google TV dongle was 32.99 for aB"quality and I got new one from Argos for 22.99 so worth looking around as new prices drop but CEX don't always adjust theirs"

I bought some second hand games for my grandson , the discs were covered in grime and the assistant said you'll be able to clean them up easy" . Obviously 'we' insisted that they were cleaned BEFORE purchase . Unimpressed at best"

Superb customer service from a chap called David. Helped me out with my query and explained it at length in a helpful pleasing manner.Overall the store has a good variety of media and electronic peripherals too. Good value for money
