T&M Clean

WOULD WHOLEHEARTEDLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A VULNERABLE ELDERLY MAN LOOKING AFTER HIS DISABLED SON!WENT INTO PERSONAL BELONGINGS TO CLEAN FLOOR & SKIRTING BOARD!!!Very disappointed in the treatment by this so-called ''cleaning'' company.Albeit, the house was very unclean through neglect by the owner I made very clear to them plus, they saw for themselves when they came to do the assessment. They are a cleaning company and they make certain statements on the work they do...The service I paid for and what I received was not what I received was of a very poor standard, some rooms were not even cleaned.When I called Michael/Peter to let them know, I was told that other companies would charge much more than they have. Not true, I was getting quotes around the same if not less, I just wanted someone local and could do the job that weekend. However, it still does not make it right that they didn't cover the areas we both agreed to and I might add, they asked me to complete their document with every detail of what was needed which I did, in detail!I am now having to use another company to undertake the work they did not complete and I might add, I paid T&M in full!Whomever, the person is that came to the property to carryout the cleaning Michael/Peter, (I personally think it's one and the same person using both names.) That person used my Christy towels to clean the floor, not even their own cloths, BUT WORSE OF ALL, THEY WENT THROUGH MY PERSONAL THINGS THAT I BROUGHT TO THE HOUSE FOR THE OWNER OF THE HOME, IN ORDER TO GET THE TOWELS...How dare they even do that, much less use it to clean the skirting board. He denied it of course, but the imprint is on the towel and smelt of the cleaning fluid he was using.The cleaners that came in on the second day which was Peter/Michael use a vacuum which has such a bad odour that they added a deodoriser inside the vacuum to mask the smell when it's on, but as soon as they switch it off you smell how dirty it is as it lingers in every room they vacuumed.There is a similar review stating some of the said points mentioned above.The person that lives in this house is very disabled and very vulnerable and the carer is very elderly... T&M took full advantage of that fact!

Michael + his team were highly recommended by a colleague of mine and we hired them to perform an end of tenancy clean. We had some unique features in our flat and Michael ensured that everything was taken care of. His team were incredibly professional during the service, performed a remarkable job and the communication throughout the process was best in class. I normally find this part of moving stressful, but I didn’t with them. I would and will recommend Michael’s company to all my friends.

I recently hired T&M Cleaning Services, and I'm very please with their performance. They were punctual and professional, addressing my specific cleaning preferences. The quality of their work was impressive. Their flexibility is commendable , I had very bad experience from another cleaning service who did not turn on the last day of my tenancy ,then I contacted T&M for my end of tenancy cleaning who was very supportive and made sure they provided service in the weekend without additional charges even though it was last minute booking. Great service and would certainly recommend to my friends.

Would like to add review and share a couple of photos. The photos speak a thousand words. Especially when it comes to clean!Spoke to Michael at T&M Cleaning who was the most professional and detailed in specifically what they would do, and clean, out of several cleaning companies. Not the cheapest quote but you certainly get what you pay for. It was at short notice, Sunday service, and I required a full deep after tenancy clean of a 2 bed flat. It took over 4 hours to complete. David and Tanya were the cleaners on the day who were super friendly and went above and beyond cleaning such as evening cleaning top of the kitchen cabinets. Very happy customer and highly recommend T&M Cleaning Services to anyone.

It was very easy to set up a deep clean of our flat with T&M.Michael was very knowledgeable about what was needed, what products to use and answered all our questions. He personally came to view the flat so he fully understood what was required. The end result was excellent - even the kitchen floor which was very dirty & stained. At all times, Michael kept us updated with progress.Highly recommended

T&M Cleaning Services were a huge help recently when we were transitioning to a new tenant in our London flat. In short, the whole process was pretty chaotic and if it hadn't been for Michael at T&M, we might still be wrangling with all the parties involved who let us down. T&M not only delivered on their promise to clean the property to a high standard, but they went above and beyond, acting as our eyes and ears on the ground throughout the process, juggling their schedule multiple times to accommodate painting and other work teams. They were very responsive, and you speak directly with a human being! We highly recommend them and will definitely use them in future.

We needed a new house cleaned at very short notice and T&M were extremely responsive to get everything done on the exact day we needed. They updated us constantly throughout and the place was very well cleaned on arrival. Very reliable and good job

We are very happy with the cleaning services we've received from T&M Cleaning. We've used them 3 times across 2 properties for a deep clean and end of tenancy clean. We will continue to use them. They are professional and the clean is always as explained. When we've had questions before or on the day Michael is responsive. We have even picked up tips for our own cleaning from the team. Thanks for your service. Wish they had domestic teams in our area so we could get a more regular clean from them.

T&M did a deep clean of my property just prior to it being rented out. The job, including carpets, was done to a very high standard, thoroughly and in great detail - nothing was missed and they even went over and above by removing paint splashes and sellotape from the windows. My dealings with Michael were always cordial. I will definitely use T&M for future pre-tenancy cleaning and I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Michael and his Company.
