Appalling after sales service. The repair that they carried out did not solve my leaking dormer. I had to get somebody else to remedy their poor work. I have not had a single phone call in response to the my numerous calls and emails. They were excellent once but now stay well clear.

Outstanding advice and workmanship on what was a really tricky job. Completely uncommunicative while we were waiting for our turn, but as soon as we got to the top of the queue we had their full attention. It was worth the wait for this company.

A very courteous and professional Team who did an excellent job.After we had paid for their work we realised that there was a resultant problem with our telephone line. It was very gratifying that they swiftly came back, dismantled and refitted a section of their work and resolved the problem. We had them initially install insulation on our roof (involving retiling roof) which resolved a problem with our loft conversion. Later we had the soffits and bargeboards covered. we would certainly recommend them.

I used Dunn roofing a while back. I asked for a survey on a recent property purchase. They really held my hand throughout the job. Explaining things clearly. The job was completed to a very high standard.I would thoroughly recommend Dunn roofing.

I have just had these guys at my house for three weeks, i needed a new roof on an old part of the house and a repair on the part that was storm damaged.I have been nothing but impressed with them, here every day, really tidy, great job i couldn't be more pleased.i wouldn't hesitate in using them in the future, i did look at a new roof before and no one else gave me the advise that i got from these guys.

Really happy we chose to go with James Dunn Roofing for the installation of some skylights and replacing some old roof areas. Really tidy, professional, polite teams and the end result is high quality and looks fantastic. There were a couple of glitches along the way but the responsive team fixed everything. Highly recommended, thank you!

Communication was a bit spotty but once they arrived, very professional and did an excellent job of the work (skylight installation and chimney/pointing repair). Recommended.

James Dunn Roofing did extensive repair work to our roofing, which looked like it had not been touched for decades. This included installing a new flat roof, adding flashing to a significant number of joins etc, making good / treating old woodwork, replacing broken tiles and sealing an unused chimney. The work was of the very highest standard (great attention to detail) and the men who did the work were a pleasure to have around - very friendly (and very hard working). We had to wait a while to get the work done, given how busy they were with other jobs, but it was absolutely worth the wait. Very highly recommended. Thank you!!!

We have an old property which needed re-roofing. At the back of the house the tiles were taken off, insulation replaced, and tiles put back on. At the front the old Stonesfield slates were all taken off, crated up, and dispatched. These were replaced with new replica tiles graded in size as the traditional roof was. This was a very specialist job needing a lot of patience and skill and the result was absolute perfection. We would highly recommend this company and the roofers were very committed, hard-working and a pleasure to have around for the six weeks the job took.

The quote was handled quickly. The guys that came to do the job arrived early in the morning were very nice and approachable and worked very hard. They cleaned up after themselves each night and at the end of the job. The quality of the work was very good. I would recommend this company based on my experience.
