We took Ozzy for his first visit last week and we were so impressed.Ozzy was made to feel welcome by Carly and all the treatments given were fully explained to us.A truly professional set up and we are looking forward to taking Ozzy to his next appointment.

My dog was very water hesitant. In just two sessions Charlie is powering through the water. Carly and Abi have both had a wonderful way with engaging with Charlie and he looks forward to his time in the pool.

Hi folks. I use Willows for my black Labrador, who has had elbow displacia and two operations in the last 4 years.Carly and Co have done a fantastic job on Stanley. He even runs into to the premises on jumping out of the car to meet Carly. So dog friendly.He has been 7 times now and his elbow movement has improved to the extent he only has a very slight limp. 3 more sessions to go.His muscle building has gone really well and he has put on a half a inch in muscle toneCan’t recommend them highly enoughDave G

I have a very nervous cocker spaniel with hip dysplasia he doesn’t really like the treadmill but Carly is very professional and takes her time with him, lots of cuddles and treats and gentle persuasion he’s getting better every week!

Love it love it & the people who work there especially Carley.She has got our old spaniel full of arthritis moving so much easier, he is so happy to go there for his swim.Lovely to meet someone who is so good at her job & it shows.Worth every penny highly recommend.

My springer Bobby loves going to willows. He now knows the word swimming instead of walkies. When we go to willows he gets very excited and sometimes over stimulated and can be hard work but the team at willows are really good with him and he loves them as they now know when he wants cuddles with them after he's been in the water haha. Not only that but he trusts them which is important for me as he can be a bit nervous. I as his dog mum couldn't ask any more if my boy is happy so am I and that's all I can ask forThankyou willows from Kadie and Bobby.

My Bichon was struggling to walk before we went, now, she can run and jump! Professional staff and true animal lovers. My dog adores them. Well worth the time and money

Carly has been brilliant with Lady, an old Golden Retriever suffering with arthritis, my dog adores the hydrotherapy sessions and enjoys the swimming too! Her condition has stabilised to some degree, and with her continued vet and therapy sessions is giving her a good quality of life in her 'golden' years (14.5 Yrs young). Highly recommended

Our 13 year old Chihuahua, Hector, has been having difficulty with his back legs - old age, on top of historical problems.After a few sessions with Carly, he was showing definite improvement.And, with a few more treatments, he is now climbing stairs again.We couldn't recommend Willows more highly. The facilities are fantastic and Carly, as well as being so amiable is also, obviously, very talented.Thank you for helping Hector knock years off his age.Nina & Steve
