doctor was fantastic but the blond clinic woul not my 80 year old mother to have her blood test(at time of writing) as she had the claim number but not her membership number. my mum took 2 hours to get here.there is a clear disconnect… she should have been given list of prerequisites before the visit.thiis unnessary delay has spoilt our busy.

This is a thank you to One Welbeck for looking after me. I did a CT scan for my neck with contrasts. Due to having claustrophobia, this was my only alternative. My radiographers Jeremy and Erika made me feel at ease. I am very grateful for their care, support and understanding.

Very professional staff there. Special thanks to the two friendly, chatty women administering blood tests in phlebotomy department - didn’t get names unfortunately - and to Andrea and Priyesh in CT unit on third floor.

Welcome was wonderful from man on door to receptionist on ground floor putting me at ease and guiding me to the correct departments.All staff thereafter went above and beyond to make my examinations as comfortable as possible and I would recommend to any patient that this is the place for any medical examination.Well done Welbeck for creating this environment.

Five star treatment and staff. Sub 1 star for the app... Pointless! Doesn't even have your appointment timings on there so you have to plow through your emails...

Excellent - my father had been told for years by his consultants that he couldn't have an MRI scan as his pacemaker system is non-compatible with an MRI scanner. However, thanks to Professor Charlotte Manisty (I discovered her via a BMJ article) and her team, he finally had his scan yesterday. All the OneWelbeck staff gave excellent customer service and really made my father feel at ease with the procedure. Top star rating for Charlotte and her team. We also hope that the word spreads that a pacemaker is not a hindrance to having an MRI scan, enabling quicker results for pacemaker patients and subsequently quicker treatment ie the same as non pacemaker patients. Thank you Charlotte for your research into this - it has made a difference!

Yesterday I had a cardiac MRI with contrast. I was really worried before the procedure as I'm a hypochondriac and scared of needles and last time I had a blood test done at another practice I had to go there three times as they couldn't find a vein. Luckily for me, Andrea, the nurse that inserted the cannula at OneWelbeck was amazing. She was really friendly and professional, explained everything really well, gave me tips to calm down and made me feel at ease. Afterwards, the MRI itself was a breeze. Huge thanks to the OneWelbeck team, they are doing a great job!

Fantastic centre! Extremely happy with the quality of the doctors and atmosphere. Simply a very pleasant experience, from the beverage offers to music, seating area and of course most importantly you feel very well taken care of by the healthcare professionals.

Supposed to collect their money from insurance and sending threatening letters from a debt collection agency that can't receive emails" to the email address supplied. Wasted time calling them.
