I have been in the restaurant a few times and the service is always kind friendly and great food. I recently hired Muffins to cater a children's party with a buffet. Quality was great, choice was good and they were very accommodating to all my needs. The coat was reasonable and I couldn't thank them enough for delivering a great quality buffet and great services taking this organisation out of my hands. I have used both services from them and wpuldn gladly recommend to anyone. Love Muffins. If eating in the service is also fast

Went there cause it was dog friendly. The food was great. The waitress who served us went above and beyond to cater for my special needs. Excellent service.

What superb customer service.As soon as you step in the door, you are given a very warm and cheerful welcome.This café was very busy, and I soon realised that most of these customers were regulars and a lot didn't even look at the menus as they already knew exactly what they wanted.My good lady and I only had coffee and cake, but the service was fast, and everything was delivered promptly.It is not the cheapest place to go, but the service and quality of the product were 1st class.I will definitely re visit this place.

Went in on off chance, glad I did.Service excellent, warm welcome, great atmosphere.Best coffee in a long time.Both my daughter and I enjoyed our coffee.Dog friendly.Excellent choice of cakes, even though we didn't purchase any.I would definitely return, and recommend.I am in process of moving to the area, this will be my regular coffee shop.

Great all day breakfast affordable and generous portions, more than happy to swap out items to your suiting I.e grilled tomatoes for plum, beans for mushrooms, toast for fried bread or hash browns, added extras of black pudding or sausages or as additional s for only 95p. Perfectly cooked not greasy at all, absolutely beautiful. Service with a smile, no waiting and served perfect temperature. Thank you we couldn't be happier.

We were on our way to Devon and wanted to stop for breakfast at an halfway point from the Midlands. We were shown to a table straight away, food came very quickly after ordering and it was delicious.We decided after our weeks holiday, we would stop on the way back for lunch. Equally impressed with the service. They are amazing and for such a small cafe, they ensured everyone was well looked after. I would definitely recommend Muffins Tea Rooms. Thank you so much to the owner and the team.

Not to impressed to be the service was good but the food no.The staff were lovely especially the young girl who served us.When my food arrived it was the wrong order and by the time it did arrive my wife had nearly finished hers was it worth the wait no cod in parsley sauce looked like the boil in the bag that you used to buy years ago but not as nice no flavor what so ever the veg was over cooked as well was it worth the money paid no very disappointing.Sorry I know your a small business but please give people the food they deserve.
