Had some desk keys that needed cutting,went to Timsons and all the usual places but no one could cut them, went in here today, the man in the store didn't even give it a second glance and was away cutting the keys... Fantastic service, helpful and great value for money especially when you get an expert not just a chain store. This is certainly one of the best stores in Burnham, and every local should support them!

Thomas's is an asset to the local community. He is good cobbler and leather worker and we always take all our shoes and even bags to him for repair. He works hard and shoes do not take too long to fix to a very high standard at great prices. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service and travel to Burham with all my shoe repairs. Does a brilliant job replacing sole son Dr Marten shoes and boots and am saving them for when you are open again after CV19.

Lovely man, very honest about your shoes etc, if they don't need doing he will tell you, always use him. Very reasonable.

The proprietor is always welcoming, helpful and patient. Key cutting, lock cylinders, split rings and wallets sit alongside the shoe repair side. Always a good service.

Very very helpful and obliging owner. Was just closed as we got there to attend a personal appointment but he re-opened to help us and another customer as we were in dire straits. Not many services that are that customer friendly . Most excellent, thank you.
