Great customer service phone came back new happy with it

AGRESSIVE SHOP OWNER ATTACKED ME WITH A big wooden stick!HE REPLACED broken screen paid for an original samsung screen (ACCORDING TO HIM...) received something else as it THE SCREEN WENT after a week. Today I went to the shop to get it sorted asked for a replacement or a refund . Same thing happened as on the previous reviews he didn't wanted to take responsability instead he was bringing up.all.sort of excuses and got loud and his started to behave agressevely... out of nowhere he got a massive wooden stick AND STARTED CHASING ME! HE WAS THREATENING TO KILL ME! And all this because I asked for refund... HES HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE POLICE!AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS ITS NOT WORTH IT! THE GUY is A CHEAT.

This shop is a joke took my pbone for screen repair nothing els just the glass everything on the phone worked fine until i got the phone back they also put a cheap screen on my phone instead of sony 1 and charged me £50 stay away from this place AVOID AVOID AVOID.

AVOID! Had my iPhone repaired by this shop. The screen failed within 2 weeks. They made excuses and refused to replace the faulty screen they'd installed and wanted more money to repair it again.You'll notice they have a 'cash only' policy and also don't give receipts.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

After going to another shop that got the model of the phone wrong I came here. They diagnosed the problem straight away and fixed it while I waited. Top class service and value for money. I will definitely be returning in the future for any mobile repairs
