Very nice owner my border collie seems very happy to be left there would be happy to recommend

The lady who answered the phone is so rude. I called to ask if she had any availability for three dogs and she thought I said ''Rudolf.'' I repeated again what I actually said and the lady said ''how do I know what you're talking about if you don't speak properly...'' I hung up and felt relieved I didn't board my dogs there in the end. People show their true colours over the phone and I would never pay such a woman who speaks so rudely and sarcasticly.

I would like to first comment in some of the other reviews ,I have to agree that when you first call the kennels the owner can come across a little abbrupt , but on meeting and chatting to the owner she is actually an amazing lady who used to be a head mistress of a very well known school . I also would like to say how dedicated she is on how much she loves the animals after working with them over 20 years .The kennels were tidy but I personally feel that they can be a lot more hygienic and clean there was a very strong smell of urine as I walk through the kennels . My dog warm to the owner instantly and I was happy to leave and was more than happy to see that she had an orchard for my dog to run. I did explain before I left that my dog does wet her blanket sometimes when she gets cold . I was told it was not a problem she had plenty of towels and blankets and it would be changed . Unfortunately on my return the bank it's had not been changed the whole week I was the blankets and my dog unfortunately smelled of urine . Would I return? Unfortunately not .

The woman that works here as the owner is very very rude and stuck up over the phone I wouldn’t ever let my dog go there after her tone. Go somewhere else people.

Excellent kennels. Lyn is a lovely lady. Cares so much for the animals. Wouldn't let mine go anywhere else
