Inter Ceramica - Tiles, Bathrooms and Kitchens

We wanted to share how great the service from Interceramica has been from start to finish. Josh and the whole team allowed us plenty of time to change plans etc, while at the same time, their helpful and knowledgable suggestions often helped us to make a decision!We were lucky enough to get the job completed, by the super fitters, before lockdown and we are so glad as it is a real pleasure using our beautiful new ensuite.Thanks to the team, the bathroom has a real sense of calm and a spa-like feel to it while at the same time being very practical and functional. It's the perfect place to soak away the stresses of the current situation. It really feels like a treat every day.Thank you so much.

I am more than happy with my beautiful new kitchen. Everything about it is just as I wanted. It is a modern top quality kitchen designed to suit my taste. I have Joe to thank for his attention to detail and quiet patience during the time it took to make my final decisions regarding my choice of colours and kitchen fittings. I never felt under pressure but was given an immediate response to all my queries. The installation team recommended by the company were all amazing and determined to make sure I was happy with their work - I was.I recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality kitchen and will certainly be returning to them when it is time for my new bathroom to be fitted!

A great experience from start to finish. Josh at IC in Harrogate meticulously planned our new en-suite shower room with us, working round the constraints we had, advising what would work best and and incorporating some innovative touches.The tradesmen recommended by Inter Ceramica - Ian (plumber), Neil (tiler) and James (electrician) completed the installation to a very high standard and made sure we were happy with the end result.The completed shower room looks splendid and is a delight to use.

From start to finish we cannot speak more highly of the team at Inter Ceramica and their recommend team of fitters who have designed and fitted our beautiful new kitchen.. We came upon Inter Ceramica by accident as we were shopping for tiles for a bathroom, but were so impressed by their showroom in Harrogate and their customer friendly approach.Joseph in designing the new kitchen took our sketchy ideas, and turned them into a practical design, and in doing so challenged some of our preconceived ideas. He gave us a view of the possibilities, and helped us to have the confidence to be bolder. At all times he worked closely with us to understand how the design would work and his attention to detail was always thorough.Once ordered the process went smoothly with all elements happening on time helped by our main fitter Steve Walker. He did a great job and ensured that all the other trades were well co-ordinated to minimise the impact upon us of our kitchen being out of action for a period of time.

We ordered a Nolte kitchen, two bathrooms and lots of tiles from Inter Ceramica in Harrogate for a big home renovation project.We couldn't be more impressed and pleased with the service and the results.Joseph designed the perfect kitchen for our new home and helped us throughout the journey.Josh designed our bathrooms and made the process really straight forward for us - and the results are impressive.Big thanks to everyone at IC!

Inter Ceramica supplied the design and materials for our bathroom, the installation was done by a third party. I will comment on these aspects only:1. Design: We are quite satisfied with the design solution which Inter Ceramica came up with for our bathroom. However, we have found the basin to be a little undersized and we are unhappy with the basin tap (see service below).2. Products: The tiles look superb and the bathroom suite seems to be of good quality. The underfloor heating has stopped working three months after installation; we are looking into this as it may be an installation issue.3. Service and supply. Josh was very good at the planning and selling stage of the process. During the build most of the products arrived on time and could be safely stored in our garage. However, there were problems supplying the exact products which we had already chosen. This may have been a COVID related issue affecting supply but it remains the supplier's responsibility to provide the products which they have sold. This supply issue resulted in a delay to the installation which cost an extra day's labour. We had to settle for a different basin mixer tap from the one we originally ordered, it is not an exact match for the bath taps and is possibly the noisiest tap we have ever encountered. But we are stuck with it now.So in summary I would suggest that if you are going ahead with this supplier, you ensure that all the products chosen for your Inter-Ceramica bathroom are in fact available before going ahead with any installation schedule.

We recently moved into a bungalow and having a new kitchen was one of our priorities.We had previously used Interceramica for supply of tiles and bathroom fixtures in our previous house and knew that they were a local established business. Their showroom is conveniently situated,with easy parking,so calling in to look at the display kitchens and receive advice is easy. Joseph the kitchen planner is extremely knowledgeable on his Nolte kitchen product range and very patient and helpful during the various changes to the plan before we settled on the final design. Fitters were recommended by him and we are now very pleased with the final Nolte kitchen. After sales has been good with Joseph visiting a couple of times to look at and resolve a couple of small snags.

We are delighted with our kitchen, master bathroom and ensuite shower room all supplied and designed by Inter Ceramica. Joseph had a blank canvas as the kitchen was formerly another room but he created exactly what we wanted. We also had a master bathroom, and new ensuite shower room designed by Josh. Again our requirements were quite specific but the result fulfilled our expectations. The kitchen, ground floor, ensuite and bathroom were also all tiled using Inter Ceramica products. We have a new Nolte kitchen and tiles from Interceramica..The service overall has been excellent, particularlyJoseph Murgatroyd the kitchen designer. The kitchen was in an extension and there were a few hiccups along the way as the build progressed requiring further parts at short notice. Joseph organised exactly what was needed very efficiently so that there were no delays.He was always patient and available for further advice both during the planning and build phase.Regarding Nolte -kitchen looks good, , we love the big drawers and glass shelves in cupboards so we can easily see what's inside from below. Their kitchens do seem very carefully thought out,-for example the fitter commented on the plinth mechanism being so much easier to attach and remove than the conventional design. There was a very minor damage to one of the edges of a drawer which does look like it happened during manufacture but this is a minor quibble- overall we're very happy.customers. We first found out about Interceramica Nolte kitchens when looking for new bathroom tiles at their showroom on Easterly Road,Leeds but Harrogate is the larger showroom.Thank you Interceramica
