W&Co. Hair

Been going to this salon since it started had nothing but good reviews to say about it! Men’s and women’s haircuts are nothing but perfection and the service is second to none! Definitely recommend!

I have had my hair done a few times at W&Co. with different stylists and, always had a good experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the stylists are fantastic. They really listened to what I wanted, and took the time to understand my hair type and styling preferences. The end results have always met my expectations and beyond - my hair looks and feels amazing! I also appreciated the attention to detail and the care that is taken throughout the entire process. The salon itself is clean and stylish, and the atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend W&Co. to anyone looking for a great haircut or styling experience.

Had high hopes after a consultation with Charlie to improve on an average balayage I’d had done elsewhere however result was shocking had obvious horizontal lines of colour all over my hair and the ends were bleached dry. Never had such an awful colour experience. Went to a real quality city salon to correct it. When I complained they just said sorry I didn’t like my hair ..... trust me this was a paper bag over head job! Should be ashamed of themselves.

Brilliant, clean, friendly. My whole family an i went and not only were they friendly, great pricing and fast. The cuts were clean and fantastic but the salon was clean, modern and we will all definitely be going back! Thank you :-)

I have been to W & Co for a few years and have been satisfied with the colour and cut. But when I went on Monday the colour was left on far too long 40mins instead of 20mins. The colour ended up darker and my scalp is very itchy. Very disappointing !!!Zz

My daughter had a complete restyle this afternoon - fantastic cut exactly what she wanted. Great service and talented stylist! Thank you x

Easy, friendly and professional. Fantastic service and the girls actually educate you whilst cutting your hair. I liked this as it shows they have knowledge and experience. Best hair cutting experience I've had ever and I've had a few. Salon is beautiful. I could have sat in all day. I'll have many returns here. I can't praise enough and my hair has never felt so soft and shiny. Love!

Had my hair done by susannah whom I followed from a different salon and all I can say is WOW! My hair has never felt so healthy and looked so good! Wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend

If I could give this no stars I would.Not only the worst hairdressers but THE worst customer service I have ever ever received!The woman who did my hair did it completely wrong, something you wouldnt even expect from a trainee! It Wasn’t ANYTHING like what I had asked for! When I told her politely it’s nothing like I’d asked after she “toned” down the mess she created told me that herself and other employees think it’s what I asked for ( no one else saw the picture in there or knew what i asked for so how would they know) the picture of the hair I wanted was also something previously done in that salon so very achievable and easy if you know what you’re doing! so after making me feel extremely uncomfortable as well as all the employees that work at the salon staring at me (after all going to and from the back room to talk about me - their customer) she rudely told me to LEAVE!! She told me to leave the salon because I wasn’t happy.. because my hair wasn’t anything like what I had asked for, my hair had started to been cut and again this was left. How is that good customer service?The employees that work there, the manager and the owners should be ashamed of themselves.

I can’t rate this Salon enough! Friendly, professional and they know their trade! Susannah cut my hair for the first time and wow, what a great job she did! She knew exactly what my hair needed and how to tackle it!
