A big Thank You to RSM Ltd who went that extra mile and sorted out ‘Alice’s’ exhaust, which had failed during our journey to Malvern. They diagnosed the parts needed at 5.30pm yesterday, sourced them by lunchtime today and we were all sorted by 1pm!Excellent Service!

Van hire was simple and straightforward. Good, clean van that drove well and was perfect for moving some garden furniture. Totally recommended.

Always great and courteous service, unlike many garages they do what's needing doing and not what they could charge for like the main dealers, been brilliant with my Land Rovers of all types.

I’ve used RSM before, but just want to thank Justin and the team after picking up my car today. After having my car towed in, they lent me a courteousy car and Ive been really impressed with the excellent service I’ve had. Being a female and not knowing a thing about cars, they took their time to explain everything to me, rather than talking down to me. They were honest & approachable and I felt like I was really looked after. Justin & Dean you’ve been total stars thank you so much!!

I’ve used RSM’s several times now and I’ve always found the level of service to be excellent. In recent weeks have completed MOT and follow up repairs and parts replacement, all of which were completed promptly and reasonably priced. Very highly recommended.

Where do I start!Went here to get our campervan MOT.Service was outstanding from start to finish.My husband called them and the guy on the phone listened as he explained we wanted an MOT and also had a brake issue,He asked my husband to pop it in on an agreed date and they would take a look.When we took the van in we were dealt with politely and efficiently.They took the van straight to the testing station and allowed us to wait and offered us a drink.Once the MOT was complete everything was explained to us and that the brake issue was already sorted.We were given the option of a minor thing to pass and the advisory options should we wish.No pressure sales at all!We chose the job just to pass for now with the intention of giving them the rest of the work when we wished to have it done.They were absolutely fine with this.As the job was going to take an hour they even gave us a free courtesy car so we could pop to the local retail park.On our return the van was ready and our MOT passed.Payment was quick and easy and all our problems dealt with in less than 4 hours.Honest,reliable, friendly, professional, knowledgeable service.Highly recommend

I had my self-converted motorhome repaired and MOTd at RSM. The service both over the phone and in person was friendly and helpful with good communication around progress of the work and changes to estimated costs as the job progressed. I’d gladly go back and happily recommend them to other campervan owners.

I now do all my MoTs and servicing through RSM because their service is excellent, they are good value for money and there are no surprises. They are always happy to see you and really try to make sure everything works out for you. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
