Sorry I can't remember his name but the young man who did my gutters was efficient and very polite. He also informed me of the state of the gutters when he finished.

Dan was brilliant, superb job. Very friendly and efficient. Great communication all round, would recommend this company.

Company were very quick to reply to my request for a quote to clean gutter which had blockage causing overflow. Young man (Al ) came on time and was really pleasant and explained what was being done. Superb service. Will recommend to others

Today Liam came to clear my gutters and they were much worse than we thought and even though there were internal brackets Liam went the extra mile and managed to clear all the debris from the gutters. Brilliant job Liam.

I had a leaking gutter so i tried Ben's. It was my first time using a gutter service. I told the staff member over the phone I had lived in the property for a year and they said great we recommend an annual clean and it's been at least a year for me. Based on the size of my house they quoted £87 to clean all the gutters and an extra £25 if the leaky bit needs sealing.The operative said my guttering is already really clean and won't need doing for about 5 years and he sealed the broken bit and he was done in about half an hour.So no issues with the service but then in the interest of fairness I thought surely I can't pay full price.They rang and left messages the next day wanting £137. After querying they said an extra 25 was added on by mistake. I was passed on to the manager to discuss the cleaning quote. He explained it's just how it works. In my opinion it just felt wrong I had to pay so much for them to poke there head up in the end. Feels like I should pay based on the size of the job, not the size of my house.If you can get up and have a look at your guttering before choosing Ben's then you can avoid what I had to pay I guess.

We have used Ben's Gutters twice now and will be regular customers from now on. All communications go really well from initial booking to follow-up. The cleaners are good to have around, they are efficient, knowledgable and courteous and keen to do the job to our satisfaction. Very pleased!

Booked by phone. I was advised by email and text the night before of estimated arrival time. Their Cleaner did a great job and told me everything he had done before leaving. A professional company providing great customer service. Recommended!

Fantastic service. Turned up on time and thoroughly removed all debris from my gutters. Cleaned up afterwards including wiping down sills and windows and sweeping patio paving.
