Had a delivery from vans on Wednesday, needed a signature (last pair didn't ?)so I had it redirected to a drop off shop.thurs, Friday not delivered, sat I get a message at 9pm saying it's been delivered.the shop shuts at 8, called Sunday ..no parcel surprise surprise. Tracking showed it had been at alfreton depot and not Sheffield where I am and there is a depot here! They are absolute liars so I've had to contact vans for a refund utter jokeof a company, how they keep afloat is beyond me

My sister uses yodel to deliver parcels. 3 of them have gone missing. Tracking stops updating at warehouse. We have tried calling and spent 2 hrs on the phone. Also tried Using web chat to rectify the issue to no avail. There is no customer service to speak of. I would give zero stars if I could. Abysmal company.

Still waiting for a parcel two weeks later and no attempt to deliver. Can’t speak to anyone and online chat keeps saying it will be delivered today. No help whatsoever!

Awful. Failed to deliver on arranged date. Next day when contacted they asked me to describe the size and colour of the parcel (I'd never seen) so they could search their depot. (Obviously lost it). Assured twice it was out with a driver and would definitely be delivered but it never was and their app states it never left the depot. Don't mind a mix up, but don't lie to customers

Utter shambles. Feel like I am playing piggy in the middle with my parcel with it being shipped to a different store than I requested, back to depot, back to wrong store and depot. Customer service sounds exasperated and I dont blame them, delivering platitudes and clearly reading from a script. Online live chat is useless at best, at worst actually deceptive and depending on which agent you get they either listen to you or rush to ask if there's anything else then close the chat. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely shocking service, my parcels been in depot over a week, been told twice it will be delivered today and still hasn’t been delivered on the days they say! You can clearly tell by the reviews they are shocking! I urge all business to avoid using them. Making my business look bad and I didn’t even choose to use them

Tracking for my parcel updated last at 9.20am this morning saying the package was with the delivery driver, I spoke to live chat twice throughout today and both times confirmed my delivery will be made today. Sat in the living room 17.30 at night and I get an email saying sorry we missed you ... you didn't miss me Yodel you didn't even bother to come!!!!! No form of contacting customer service until 2 days now . Completly useless... 1 star is too generous for you

This company is absolutely useless ,waited in 2 separate days for a delivery in a 2 hr slot ,never arrived but stated they had been and tried to deliver ,lies ,numerous live chat with their customer service and still no joy avoid using these cowboys
