Took my Samsung phone in as I thought I'd cracked the screen, left it with them for 30mins, when I returned to collect, they told me only the screen protector was cracked, they could have charged me for a new screen, I'd have been no Wiser. But they didn't, so instead of a £65 bill it cost me a tenner for a new screen saver, excellent service, very helpful staff, fully recommended by me.

Title: Terrible Experience at Vape Shop!I recently visited a vape shop in my neighborhood, and I must say it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew I was in for a disappointment.First and foremost, the customer service was absolutely abysmal. The staff members appeared disinterested in helping customers and lacked basic knowledge about the products they were selling. Whenever I asked a question, I was met with vague and unhelpful answers. It was evident that they weren't passionate about their jobs or providing great customer experiences.Moreover, the shop itself was incredibly disorganized and messy. The shelves were poorly stocked and there was a lack of variety in their vape products. It felt more like a neglected garage sale rather than a reputable vape shop. Additionally, the store had an unpleasant odor, which made browsing incredibly unpleasant.On top of all this, their prices were outrageous for the low-quality products they offered. I could easily find the same vape kits and e-liquids at other stores for much cheaper prices. It felt like a complete rip-off, taking advantage of the customers who didn't know any better.To make matters worse, the overall cleanliness of the shop was questionable. Dust and grime were visible on the displays, and the store seemed unkempt. It certainly didn't give off a professional or trustworthy vibe.Overall, my experience at this vape shop was incredibly disappointing. From the uninterested and unhelpful staff to the disorganized and dirty environment, I would strongly advise anyone looking for a quality vape shopping experience to avoid this place at all costs. There are far better shops out there that offer a wider variety of products at reasonable prices, with knowledgeable and friendly staff who genuinely care about their customers.
