Roundhouse Design

We bought our Roundhouse kitchen over a year ago and we could not be happier with it. The quality of the units was far superior to anything else we saw and the team were flexible enough to take on any changes we wanted to layout etc.Even more impressive though is the aftercare we have received since. Overall there have been very few issues but every time we have had a minor issue they have sent out a team to check and fix and continue to do so a year on.I could not recommend Roundhouse more highly.

We are delighted with our Roundhouse kitchen. The quality is excellent and exactly what we hoped for, and the installation was painless.We found Roundhouse to be very professional and easy to deal with. Our designer listened very carefully to what we wanted (which a lot of competitors did not do) and delivered an excellent design. She helped us greatly throughout the selection process and made everything very easy. We were assigned a project manager who managed suppliers and liaised with our builders, keeping the project on track and us informed of progress. He was extremely well organised, very responsive and very helpful and we felt that he had our interests at heart at all times. Our installer was excellent. His workmanship and fitting were meticulous, he was neat and tidy and always turned up on time.We are very happy with our kitchen and with the service we received from Roundhouse.

The entire team at Roundhouse was amazing to work with and seamless in its approach. From Ben H and Dani C who designed the kitchen to the fitters, painters and after sales support, every single member we encountered was great. Amy P who is the installation Co-Ordinator provides the best support, ensuring that any issue, big or small is addressed promptly and professionally.The kitchen is one of the most essential spaces in the house and it is so important to pick the right company to design and build your bespoke kitchen. We absolutely love our kitchen. It’s beautiful, welcoming, functional, unique and timeless. If we ever build another house, I would not hesitate to use Roundhouse (Ben H and team) again. They look after their kitchens and clients.

So pleased to have a Roundhouse kitchen installed. Daniel at the Wigmore Street branch helped design a kitchen after my dreams. Beautiful as well as functional I am ready to forget all the delay that lockdown brought on. It is a joy to behold and work in daily and Roundhouse worked hard to settle all the tiny niggles post fitting. The fitters, decorators were all efficient and very professional and Paul who was in charge of operations was always available to ensure all went well. Their custom service team is excellent and I highly recommend them.

We are absolutely delighted with our recently finished Roundhouse kitchen, in our Grade2Listed house, all designed by Dan at the Wigmore St store. From the initial meeting, Dan made design suggestions that positively challenged our ideas and ultimately, transformed the space entirely. We designed the entire open plan kitchen / dining space during covid, which was all done online and design principles and aesthetics established very early on. Once we could visit stores again, we were able to meet Dan at the store, to look and feel all the different materials / see them together and how they would work. We were really clear on what we wanted from our kitchen, from the very start, and we can honestly say, that this kitchen is what we had hope for, and more. We made several requests for bespoke items, including our single piece

Absolutely thrilled with our new Roundhouse kitchen and the service we received. From the design phase with Dan to post-installation care, we were very impressed by the level of professionalism and expertise. Dan spent countless hours meeting with us to perfect our design, and the result is a gorgeous bespoke kitchen that is now the star of our home. We absolutely love our Roundhouse Kitchen and we can’t praise the team at Roundhouse enough! Our Kitchen designer Daniel was absolutely fantastic to work with and his technical expertise, practical tips and design flair was instrumental in creating the personal, unique kitchen that is now the heart of our home. The quality and fit of the kitchen is exactly as requested and we love the fact that the kitchens are built in Malvern, Worcestershire. The Roundhouse after care service has also been much appreciated and included a visit from the lovely Amy who gave us the confidence to use our shiny new ovens to their full potential. An all round wonderful experience from start to finish and thank you again to the Roundhouse team.

Roundhouse designed, manufactured and fitted our new kitchen. The design possibilities were endless. Kat, our designer had endless patience producing iteration after iteration and gently guiding and helping us with our decision process to reach a final design which we are extremely happy with.
