Mister Clean

ZERO STARS......I have been using this car wash for years. I am not sure what has happened there but everything is now very rushed indeed by the guys working there. Plus i noticed we are all having exactly the same cleaning process no matter which programme you have purchased. The machine is no longer cleaning or drying my car properly. When I was mid cycle today the machine just stopped whilst I was going through the machine itself. Very unsettling. I won't be returning.

Been using Mr Clean for years but something major has changed and not for the better. The guys are rushing through the pre cleaning and not getting the dirt off (still had bird poo on the car after it has been through the mechanical wash). They’re using a dirty brush on the paintwork and the machine itself isn’t working properly. I noticed a few weeks ago the lefthand side wasn’t drying and yesterday, noticed it was still not working, along with some of the washing cycle rollers not operating. It’s almost as if they’ve given up servicing the machine. It’s a shame as I bought a book of washes, and still have several left, but I’m not returning. They’re not only damaging the paintwork, but the car isn’t washed!

Paid for the top service which should have included hand dressing my wheels which didn't get done, only noticed when I got home. Also I can't be sure the underbody wash and wax was done. Wouldn't pay for their top service again. Also only one guy on duty which is probably why my wheels got missed. The dryer is not as good as it could be, I had to hand wipe water from the widows and some other areas. Would only use again for a quick wash if I was in a hurry.

In the last year the service as gotten alot worse. The guys put little to no effort into cleaning your car. I know they advertise that they use 85% of recycled water but when the water is muddy for the pre clean, are they really cleaning the car. They have cut corners more than once by not doing parts of a clean like cleaning your wheels. Any when you call them out on it the clean is done with an element of disgust as if you have put them out. It's a shame as they have gone from one of the best to probably the worst place to get you car cleaned in stevenage. I wouldn't say I wont go back just not with these current employees.

Great place to get your car cleaned. Seems to be quite popular. They have a card machine for payments. They give the car a quick once over, then you go through a car wash, just make sure you pay attention to the instructions. Only issue is a couple of the brushes in the car wash weren't working so the front of my car wasn't brilliantly clean.

Done a quick wash before going MOT the next day, choose the no.2 program costed me £6.5, included a quick jet wash before going in the machine, some say the brushes scratch, a ten year-old car wouldn’t mind.It looks much cleaner now, for £6 it does a fair job tbh considering the time and water billFriendly staff, not long queue in the morning

Had my car cleaned yesterday an I couldn’t believe how fast they were trying to clean the cars an throw them through the car wash, I’ve little scratches on my car from them using a dirty broom to clean the car with their pre treatment, my car isn’t clean my windows still have wax all over them I can’t see out the windows where it wasn’t allowed time to recover from the last car! Worst £9 I’ve ever spent there as always was my go to as the car came out lovely!! I don’t recommend!

Don't waste your money. No wax in the washer. I had to dry it off partially myself. Just throw a bucket of water over your car. It will do the same job
