Easy Bathrooms & Tiles

Had an enquiry and dealt with the rudest member of staff, I’ve just spent a lot of money with the sister sites. He apologised for the selling site not being able to supply the part in a passive aggressive manner, I then spoke to Solihull who were incredibly helpful. My advise, use Stratford or Solihull the members of staff there are helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this retailer.

Fantastic service and ordered exactly what I wanted with a great deal of help from the sales person who was very helpful.

We have recently purchased a new bathroom from Evesham and was dealing with Jamie, he was so knowledgeable and so helpful we had a couple of issues that he sorted out promptly we could not be happier with the service, we will most definitely be coming back and most definitely recommend.

Well we visited the Evesham showroom to get some ideas , there was only 1 advisor who may no attempt to ask if we wanted any help assistance or welcomed us to the showroom,there is no doubt there is a lot of bathrooms on show but the lack any body interested to help us was absolutely very poor ! In this times I would have thought every person who makes the effort to visit the showroom would be welcomed and interested.

Jamie was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose our bathroom products and letting us know all our options. We went back and forth a few times with different ideas, he very quickly altered our quotes and took time to make sure we were completely happy with everything we picked throughout the process. Our fitter also delayed the bathroom slightly and Easy Bathrooms allowed us to change the delivery date so that it did not come early.We were also impressed by the quality and price of the products in comparison to other bathroom stores in the area, making it at easy choice for us to go with Easy Bathrooms.We will definitely be back when we do our downstairs bathroom!
