We bought our house through Hurfords Uppingham office. Very helpful and were always there to answer any questions. Niamh was particularly helpful and stayed in touch through the whole process.

The sales agents are really friendly, though pressed for time with a long list of appointments/viewings. Finding someone in the office, or getting a reply on the phone can be patchy.In terms of 'selling' a listing, I found them to be too relaxed, assuming the property would sell itself. Very littlte follow up, & disappointingly no follow up on a property we were very interested in when it came back on to the market recently.

We would like to thank Hurfords Estate Agents for their continued support whilst selling our property - Helen was our estate agent from the Castor, Peterborough office; Helen was always available and communicated effectively with us when ever the situation required. We found this the most important attribute as we had several issues with the chain(s) over a period of months.
