I had the pleasure of staying in a flat managed by Capital Heights Estate agents after having some bad experiences with other London real estate agencies. I ended up staying in the flat for over four years and can honestly say that the service provided by Capital Heights was nothing short of spactacular. If there was any problem, they would urgently achknowledge the email and resolve the problem, they were extremely fair throughout my tenancy and I felt very safe and looked after.Could not reccomend Capital Heights enough to anyone who would like a hassle free, safe and enjoyable estate experience in London

We’ve just started our tenancy, but so far the staff at CH have been a pleasure to deal with. Ideally I would like to be able to give 4.5 stars with half a star being deducted as our move in as incoming tenants wasn’t 100% smooth due to the outgoing tenants’ cleanliness, but the agents have done their best to rectify the issues promptly and have been very responsive throughout.

Absolutely amazing experience with Capital Heights. Our agent Sam was very efficient when we were struggling to find a flat due to the limited properties available. However within a month Sam had found an amazing flat which we now love. Super good communication and overall the most pleasant, easy experience I’ve had with an estate agent, couldn’t recommend Capital Heights enough!!

The man receiving us was very impatient, he kept saying words like no or impossible to our request and interrupting even confront us (we were just asking about the lease term and it was our first time to meet this agent), it was a very bad experience and we could not trust them to provide reliable service.

So, I had some nice experience with Capital Heights recently.I should say that all my experiences with estate agents have been not tough, but complicated.Though, with Sam (the agent I worked with) it was great. He was really easy to reach and always replied to my messages. The experience was pretty easy and clear. Although my arrival to the flat was postponed due to the pandemic, Sam was really patient with me and never pushed me.When he came over to hand me the keys and to get the signatures, he was very polite and bright.Thank you for this!
