This is a brilliant company to deal with. I ordered a new washing machine from a well known company to deliver and install and basically they left the transit bolts in place which caused the machine to jerk all over the place when spinning. The original company couldn’t send an engineer back for 2 weeks so I contacted this company.who sent an engineer round within a couple of hours and rectified the problem. All the people including the office staff were extremely helpful. I wish I had used this company in the first place.I know where to go in future.Thank you Suddies.

My washing machine stopped mid cycle and the door remained locked with flashing errors.I contacted Suddies and within an hour or so I had a reply to ask me if I had checked the filter, once I did this the blockage became clear (a colour sheet had gone in to the filter!) and the machine was back to working order!Thank you for your advice without charging - much appreciated!

I spoke with Tony at Suddies about a problem with my washing machine drum paddle. Tony asked me to ping him a photo of the fixings and the paddle - so I did, and Tony quickly came back to me with the guidance of how to fix the paddle in the drum. Bingo! All sorted! And all at no cost. Great service which I greatly appreciated!!

What great service! I have a washing machine in a property that I rent out, my tenant had tried to book an engineer herself with no luck. I spoke with Suddies and sent them the video of the horrendous noise the machine was making, and they gave me some tips to help the machine limp through until I could get a new one out to her. Great service, great advice and no fee charged! Thank you suddies, I will be in touch when I next need help!

Great service from Karen at Suddies. Our Washing Machine stopped working - and having got nowhere with the usual web searching and button pressing, I rang Suddies to book an engineer. Before accepting the booking, Karen gave me some tips to try and help resolve the issue. They worked. Excellent professionalism and honest business practice. Will happily make Suddies my first port of call in the future.

What a professional and helpful service. I've used Suddies previously for repair of my white goods and have always been happy with the service. On this occasion, Karen went above and beyond. Before booking an engineer to come out she did a little trouble shooting over the phone and the issue was resolved without the need for a call out and at no cost to me. Very professional and extremely honest. Thank you Suddies and Karen. Next time...I'll check the filter first!!

Our American fridge freezer stopped working. I contacted suddies based on their reviews. They managed to get an engineer over the following day and the fault was found. The part was ordered and fixed a few days later once the part came in. Very good service and would use again.

Very happy with the service! I used the WhatsApp number for communication with Suddies to start with and booked my repair over the phone. The lady I spoke with was very nice and professional. I had a broken Smeg oven for ages. Suddies came to fix the oven. I am so happy! The tech was very professional, worked efficiently and the work was cost effective. Very happy to have the oven back and running before Christmas ! Thanks Suddies. I have used them before and will again! Highly recommend!
