Amazing! loved the place! we ate real good fish and chips. The portion were massive, hardly finished it ! the staff was so kind and the atmosphere perfect !

10/10 a super place to recommend! They didn't have cod fish that day but the other option was delicious too!! The portion was huge for two people. We were very happy, the place is very nice and the atmosphere is great, the waiters are the best! I hope to be able to go back!! Thank you!!

Food (compared to the price): 3/5Service: 2/5Atmosphere: 5/5Fish and chips were okay, nothing too special, but slightly below average. And the quantity was unsatisfying.The servers wanted us to order quickly, pay quickly, and leave quickly.They have nice songs with 50's vibe. Interior and ambiance was amazing.

The Atmosphere was all ours, the fish and chips were all Poppies.Poppies organised 50+ portions of fish, pies and chips to take away, and they just nailed it.50+ portions all ready for despatch bang on time, beautifully packaged and arrived piping hot. Here they are at The Magic Circle being enjoyed by fifty happy members including our brand New President..

I had my first experience trying Fish & Chips in the UK, and it was truly amazing. The servers were all friendly, and I enjoyed the vibes of the restaurant. The cod was cooked perfectly, and the portion size was quite generous. The only minor downside was that the Fanta wasn't cold enough.

I am kind of disappointed because I expected more of an award winning restaurant.The fries were tasteless and the fish dry.The size was good but the sauce for the fish was comparable to a mosquito next to a rhinoceros.The location looked great.Right in the center of Camden Town and really lovely flair inside.The service was very polite even if they were a little overly ambitious.Right when you put down your cutlery, they immediately asked you if you need anything.In the end: The service and the location were good and I would eat there again if they'd season the fries more and won't let the fish dry out that much.We both had the same dish and the taste was the same, so that's not a one dish problem.

During my quick stop in London, I went to Poppies twice! Staff is incredibly friendly, the atmosphere brings you back to the 80’s, with the decoration and their *perfect* oldies playlist!By far the best fish & chips in the area!The cod is super soft and tasty, just wished the fries could be a bit more crispy, but overall very nice!Their red wine is of a great quality, which is a plus :)

First food we tried when visiting London. It was giving 50’s diner vibes. The portions were very large and were delicious. The chicken needed a little more seasoning but the gravy helped. They also were out of Mackerel but we tried Haddock instead per the servers recommendation and it was good. Overall I would recommend to try at least once during your stay in London.

This was easily the best fish and chips I've tried during my holiday in London. The fish was perfectly cooked and the batter was so light and crispy. The staff were friendly and efficient, too.

I went alone and had COD and Zero coke. The waitress was so nice and kind! Dish was also great :) If I have a chance to visit London again, I‘ll definately visit here again !
