ISMART - Portsmouth

I lost everything on my phone, my contacts, over 14 thousand photos and nearly a thousand videos. I went to ISMART and they managed to get everything transferred over to my new phone. I'd definitely recommend them and would go there first now if I ever had anything wrong again..

We took Samsung phones in to be repaired. The guys in the shop were very helpful and attentive. They sent the phones off to their lab to be looked at in more detail. Unfortunately one of the phones could not be repaired due to water damage. The other could be repaired and was sent back. We paid £100 and £45 which seemed a reasonable cost based on the level of damage. The second phone was not repaired and had to be sent off for a second time. On our third trip to the shop, the phone was still not repaired. A temporary phone was given during this time as it had been 2 weeks where the phone was sent back and forth. .in the the end, it was co clouded that the phone could not be repaired and a phone was gifted to us for the inconvenience caused. Thank you ISmart for your generosity and trying every attempt to get both phones working again.

I requested a quote in the morning and had a response within an hour. I stopped by on my lunch break and dropped my phone off and it was ready in 45 minutes. I couldn't pick it up until finishing work, but it wasn't a problem at all. The price came out to exactly what I was quoted and Farhan was an absolute pleasure. I will definitely come back here if I ever need anymore phone repairs. 10/10 would recommend.

I took my iphone in and asked specifically for my microphone to be fixed so that I could make phone calls. I come back an hour later and they’ve replaced the wrong microphone and tells me that I will still be charged for his incorrect work and that if I want what I originally requested completed I’ll need to pay an additional £40. I explained I would not be paying £80 for a job HE had done incorrectly after waiting an hour. He then tried to tell me either I would be paying £40 for the work I did not need nor ask him to do or £80 to actually complete the job he was asked to do. I already had the phone in my hand so I explained he could either take his parts out of my phone and put the correct one in for no extra charge or I would be taking my phone without paying. DO NOT GO HERE - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL AND I WAS VERBALLY ABUSED FOR NOT WANTING TO PAY FOR WORK I DIDN’T NEED JUST TO HAVE A PHONE THAT STILL DID NOT WORK.

Went in to repair my google pixels loose charge port, it was fixed in no time at all. An affordable price too! I'd definitely recommend.

Such lovely staff and great customer service. Absolutely terrible with names but I went in to sell 2 phones, 1 broken, 1 completely working and buy a phone from there. They helped me out and set everything up for me. Had a little trouble with a speaker and they fixed it within the hour. If you have any issues, go to these guys

Smashed my phone screen and called up and had my phone fixed within an hour of turning up. Thank you defo recommend as no one else even had the screen for 3 days. Expensive accident

Broke my phone screen front and back. Found their service to be excellent. Due to being speedy and a great price I also had my phone battery replaced. Now good as new and saved me 00s on a new phone.

Very nice people , clean my ipad charging port that had stuff wedged inside for free . Have got other things repaired before , very good and efficient service.

Having stupidly damaged my pixel 7 pro screen, I came here for a replacement. Strait away the two chaps in the shop where very helpful and professional. They ordered the part and repaired it quickly and at a fair price...and 1 years warranty too. Honestly the phone works perfect again.. can't recommend this place enough.Sure there are lots of these places around in Portsmouth but honestly this place feels the most professional. If you want good service this is the place to go... Thanks to iSmart.
