ABR Garage Doors

I would recommend this company to anybody - you will definitely not be disappointed. The installation was very efficient, the door itself is great. But the best bit for me is the after sales service. I had my door fitted over two years ago and it did develop a small issue recently. They came out the same day I called to look at this, identified the issue. Returned the same day to fit the replacement part and all was sorted and amazingly no charge. To me the sign of a really good company is how they look after you after the initial purchase and ABR have proved they go that extra mile to keep you happy.

Can't recommend Ken and the Team enough - they did a superb job on my garage. Their initial advice was excellent, the price was reasonable, and the quality of the doors superb. Tom and Bernard did a great job of the fitting process and I am extremely happy with the finished results. Proper service from a Company that really knows their stuff!

We called ABR as our garage door needed repairing, Stuart came within 24 hours and repaired the door, we were extremely happy with the repair and would most definitely use them again.

A painless process of ordering and installing. They made no attempt to over-sell, just listened to what we wanted, measured up and left us with a quote. We accepted the quote by email and the door was fitted within a few days. I would whole-heartedly recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Great advice given on which roller door would best suit my needs. Realistic timeframes for ordering and delivering (the door arrived sooner than anticipated). Fitted the door swiftly and kept the area clean. Even came out really quickly when I had a teething problem with the door that needed resolving. Highly recommended!

I've had 3 experiences of ABR - and each one 100% satisfactory.The first encounter was to ask Ken if he could fix a problem with a mechanism that opened an up and over door automatically. Even though, the door hadn’t been fitted by ABR, Ken told me he’d be happy come out and fix the problem but also suggested something I could try first to see if I could fix it myself. (His advice was good and the opener was fixed surprisingly easily).The second engagement was when I needed a new garage door and he gave me some good pre-sales advice that meant I got a good quality door at less than I was expecting to pay. Also, his team who fitted the door did a nice, tidy job.The third experience (which didn't involve the door ABR fitted) went along very similar lines to my first encounter with Ken - he happily gave me advice on a different issue with the automatic door opener and the problem was fixed in a matter of minutes.Would recommend ABR wholeheartedly.

ABR garage doors helped me select a new motorised roller garage door for my property. Ken and his team went through all the different options with me covering things like security, cost and colour. I ended up selecting one that perfectly matched the colour of my front door. It was installed on the day they said it would and I’m very happy. However this isn’t why I’m writing the review. I recently had an issue with the door and what impressed me most about ABR is how quickly they replied to me and got someone to come and take a look. Not only quality garage doors but also great customer service. Highly recommended.
