Sarah is a skilled, sensitive and knowledgeable therapist. Her massages have helped me enormously.

I have been seeing Sarah for around eight years on a roughly fortnightly basis for deep tissue massage and she is a highly skilled and very friendly massage therapist.As a result of a serious knee injury and a stressful sedentary office job, I have persistently suffered from lower back, shoulder and neck pain and stiffness. Sarah has also worked on my lengthy scar tissues where my knee was operated on and has restored a lot of pliability around the scar.She is a very knowledgeable therapist able to advise on a wide range of practical interventions to help alleviate my discomfort.Sarah is great company and very easy going, but also happy to be quiet when I don’t feel like chatting.I always feel more relaxed, in less pain and physically and mentally refreshed after a massage with Sarah.I no longer think of Sarah as a massage therapist but more as a friend.
